We were first time home buyers and were unsure of what to expect. Everything was very clear throughout the whole process across multiple teams members. All processing and reviews happened very quickly and flawlessly. Everyone was available at all hours of each day to ensure a quick and smooth process. When external factors threatened to push our planned closing, the team seamlessly worked together to prevent that and get us finished exactly on time. All communication was crystal clear.
