Matt Bruber was out to my home in Bloomington. He was organized, efficient, and knowledgeable regarding my basement walkout windows. His expertise exceeded my expectations. Jeff Hanson (installation dept) and Melisha (scheduling) saved this review. I did not have a good experience with pella. When I asked for repairs on my brand new windows I was told I didn’t understand condensation. And then the building inspector refused to close the permit because “numerous windows were missing caulk.” Melisha scheduled the repair - or let’s call it - finish the installation nearly 4 months later - and Jeff Hanson recaulked my windows and they passed. Matt Centner, the sales person who assisted us was terrific. I believe Pella has a superior product and good sales people, but that's it. My customer experience was sub-par, to say the least. (Death by a thousand, 'I'm sorry's'.) Our sub-contracted installers and operations/install process was abysmal. Perhaps it was the perfect storm of incompetence in operational process, summer peak season and lack of planning to cover it, and we just ended up in the right place at the wrong time with Pella.
