RecommendedI am a difficult cookie to please when it comes to hiring people to do work on my house! There is a lot to choose from and I'm glad I called Pella! The day before my appt I received a nice voicemail confirming the appt and address with a 'if any of this information is incorrect or you need to change your appt, please phone us at ###! RecommendedMatt Bruber was out to my home in Bloomington. He was organized, efficient, and knowledgeable regarding my basement walkout windows. His expertise exceeded my expectations. Jeff Hanson (installation dept) and Melisha (scheduling) saved this review. I did not have a good experience with pella. When I asked for repairs on my brand new windows I was told I didn’t understand condensation. And then the building inspector refused to close the permit because “numerous windows were missing caulk.” Melisha scheduled the repair - or let’s call it - finish the installation nearly 4 months later - and Jeff Hanson recaulked my windows and they passed.
