Matt Centner, the sales person who assisted us was terrific. I believe Pella has a superior product and good sales people, but that's it. My customer experience was sub-par, to say the least. (Death by a thousand, 'I'm sorry's'.) Our sub-contracted installers and operations/install process was abysmal.
