Matt Centner, the sales person who assisted us was terrific. I believe Pella has a superior product and good sales people, but that's it. My customer experience was sub-par, to say the least. (Death by a thousand, 'I'm sorry's'.) Our sub-contracted installers and operations/install process was abysmal. Perhaps it was the perfect storm of incompetence in operational process, summer peak season and lack of planning to cover it, and we just ended up in the right place at the wrong time with Pella.
