RecommendedI had Pella install a sliding glass door, and they did a wonderful job. The whole process was very easy, and everything was clearly explained from the sales representative, measurements, and installers. They all arrived exactly as expected. The whole family loves the new look the slider gives the living room.
Both Jon and Maureen are so friendly, professional and provided a lot of valuable info on both storm doors and main entryway doors. Highly recommend!!

Adam Thomas our sales rep just left our house. It was a very relaxing and informative meeting. The rep knew has product and answered every question. He even had some better ideas than I had . I had in my mind that Pella was the best window used them in other houses I owned and had other appointments scheduled that I have cancelled.

Quality of product + installer (Craig Peck).
Matt Ramey was our installer. He was fantastic. Great attention to detail and very thorough. We had sixteen windows replaced and a sliding glass door replaced with a french door. So glad we chose Pella and had him as our installer!
Tony magnelli did an excellent job We will definitely use Pella for all of our needs By the way, we have Pella windows that are over 30 years old Very satisfied!
Great sales rep and wonderful installers. Only difficulty was communication on the delivery when it was to be delivered between 9-10, not delivered til 1245. I had to initiate conversation on the delay. Impacted my own arrival to my workplace.
George and Jim were an excellent installation team for our home in Sewickley. They replaced 8 windows in 1 day in inclement weather and the quality of the work was super.
