Super product, great selection and friendly personal
We found Paul to be very professional and knowledgeable about the various Pella products and installation process. He responded promptly to all emails and phone calls, answered all of our questions, and provided excellent advice as we worked through the process.
Worked with Shiela at Pella Window and Door in Warrenedale. She was wonderful to work with. I gave her the info on the job and she worked with my customer and me thru the whole process. Just took off with it. We also had some special use doors that she helped with in another venue. Has been a great experiance and will do business again.
I got the sliding door with all the bells and whistles, retracting screen, blinds inside the windows. When the installers left, I was horrified because I could see exposed studs, dry wall nails, foam insulation, etc. Whoever loaded the truck failed to include the seal extenders. When Pella arrived to install the missing extensions and complete the job, they went out of their way to do a first class job. Everything was installed and completed to my satisfaction.
