I had numerous windows replaced this year in Lake Geneva, WI and Atlanta, GA. Both installations occurred on time as promised with great workmanship. The salespersons were knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the best windows for the jobs I am a contractor myself and know who difficult it is to pull off a flawless job. Pella Windows is awesome.

I went to the showroom for a fiberglass French patio door to replace our basement door. I didn’t make an appointment as the ad states it wasn’t necessary. What a waste of time. The sales person kept talking about windows after I told him twice I wanted a door. It was apparent all he wanted was to sell windows and not a “DIY” door as he loudly proclaimed after it finally dawned on him I wasn’t interested in buying windows.
