In 2015 WSB did a report on the rotten windows and how Pella Windows did not stand behind the product. They’ve had class action suits against then already. While the report was taping one of the rotten windows broke and cut my finger on air! Pella Corporate did NOTHING the local franchise replaced all of the windows out of their own pocket. The windows themselves are great. The non-recommendation comes from the fact that we have been waiting over 3 months for the install team to do the flashing around the windows. After many messages, we still have not had a response back. We paid on time, the least they could do is finish the work on time. Will not recommend.

I’ve had windows on order since October. As much money that these windows cost you would think I could get a straight answer from customer service but each customer service person gives me a different response. They have moved my delivery date 3 different times and now they have no clue. Email last week said I would have them this week now they tell me that they are not done so I have no idea. My advice is to go somewhere else then pills if you want windows within a year!!!
