This place is awesome. I took my dog here and they gave me great deal and saved her life. I didn't have to wait long on her and they kept in constant contact when I had to leave her over night, they even sent me pictures! I would recommend Pender to anyone.
I was so happy with the care my very anxious dog received at Pender. We had a bad experience at a previous veterinary office, and my already stressed dog was a nervous wreck. This time she was treated with patience and kindness, and it made all the difference in the world.
This was the closes 24-hour animal hospital closest to centreville so we took our dog here after his constant bouts of diarrhea. Malpractice & cruelty to animale! The first 2 Vets that saw my 6 yr old Pug took no blood test. Said it was allergies. Give her Benadryl. Even though she wasn't eating, dringing or moving around as music and lost 5 LBS in 5 days. She only weighed 12LBS to start. Dr. Hyatt did his job, took blood, ultrasound, samples of bumps and sent them off. Unfortunately Mea had a rare agressuve cancer. 3 days later took her to go to sleep. I received quality care from Pender from Sasha & Bridgette w/ booking & follow up, Mike at intake & departure, Nurse Emily at checkin & process to Dr. Fedderly who is highly competent veterinarian.
Dr. Fedderly is an excellent veterinarian, professional and caring. She handled our pet with ease and expertise. She is thorough with the exam and interview and provided expert advice.
I have never been treated so horribly or made to feel completely insignificant as I have been by Pender. We have been taking our cat to Pender for the past 4 months trying to determine what was causing his vomiting. After multiple vets, X-rays, ultrasounds, and blood work the vets were unable to determine the cause. We accepted this since not every diagnosis is easy and our cat had an underlying heart condition that made an endoscopy impossible. The real trouble began when we had to take our cat to the ER.
