Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.
Went to have testing for a meat allergy (alpha-gal), instead I get run through the entire panel of testing, I guess for financial reasons, show a reaction to meat and told no blood test required. It will be fine to eat meat. An alpha gal test requires blood test, for dome reason they refused and proceeded to tell me to eat beef. I will not do so since the last time I broke out in hives.
