Penny went to bat for us to help us get a more than reasonable rate in an environment of rising interest rates. She also acted as an assistant real estate agent in that she kept in close contact with our realtor, the escrow agents, the insurance agent, etc., to make sure that no balls were dropped (making sure not to step on any sensitive toes, of course). Finally, she became like a family member in the end. It was, indeed, a pleasure to work with her.
