PennyMac has always been easy to work with. Everything is explained so it's understandable and a quick response time to any questions I had.
It was made so easy to refinance and everyone I worked with was very helpful and always cheerful and kind.
Have the title company know what they are doing. I spent a lot of time trying to get them to understand my situation. All I wanted was a SIMPLE VA refi with the lower interest rate. I felt at 1 point this was a mistake. I already had a mtg with Pennymac, they just cost a lot of hostility.
Great experience from start to finish.
