It was great
Seemed disorganized. Poor communication of needed documentation and inspections (specifically, water quality testing requirements). Clearer understanding of requirements would have made the process better and more efficient. Also, there were too many hoops to jump through to prove my income. Overall, I'm glad that I won't be purchasing another house for a long time. Process was exhausting.
She helped us every step of the way!
Josie was Always very responsive and helped us navigate some tricky areas of our closing & a delay.
