It is unfortunate that our property was undervalued 100k with over $1M in liquid assets in our bank. It appears that there is a misappropriation of assets that have been highlighted in the media. All we attempted to do is have a HELOC when needed but the misunderstanding of the property value caused for further investigation.

Jazmin and Eric were great but the other staff were awful .Too many request for the same documents.
