Smooth process. 2nd time working with Pennymac, came back because the 1st time was so seamless.
It went well except took much much much longer to close than originally anticipated. Still unsure what the 3 month delay was for.
A few minor errors was made but got corrected in a timely manner. Also the closing documents was totally wrong, PennyMac contacted me and we had to do a 2nd signing for closing....But other than that it went well, and I would recommend PennyMac to anyone for Mortgage needs.....

Candace was always very pleasant. Even when she wasn’t getting answers from others, she never made me feel like she was annoyed with my calls or questions. Always very patient and very pleasant to talk to.
Dorsal was amazing and yes I would recommend her anytime!
