kaitlyn was awesome it was when she took over that the process went well prior to that it was not good... i did everything the other person asked me to do and then it took a wrong turn i pursued the closing with Kaitlyn and she helped and got us through the process but the other representative was not helpful at all at one point i was in tears if this tells you anything. Kaitlyn was wonderful in helping close our refinance
