Took awhile to understand what was needed. The instruction were not very clear. Software was not very informing.
We were told what to expect and any questions we had were answered promptly. The process was effortless.

Paul was great. The rest of the team once it switched from Paul wasn’t the best. It took multiple times to get them to correct documents and they weren’t always the most responsive. If I could have dealt with Paul through the whole process I think it would have been a lot smoother.
