Easy application process. Online communication, online document portal for posting/updating, online document signing. Quick response to questions/issues and follow-ups.
I want to be clear Jamie was amazing. He was prompt, always available and honest. It was everyone else I had to deal with who made things slightly problematic. Loan officers who didn't return emails or phone calls, random last minute delays with the closing process, which from what I could tell was purely from PennyMacs own negligence. Jamie was always there to answer questions but many of my issues fell well out of his Jurisdiction.
