Tracy and the team were awesome try their best to close on-time and keep everything going. The delay was from the appraisal as we keep waiting for someone to pick up the request. The appraisal division at PennyMac need to more responsive and better communication with the field agents, that cause the delay on closing by two weeks.

Tennille was top notch with all of our interactions. Dealing with Gavin beforehand with the application process was frustrating with the lack of requested info that was relayed to me regarding our first conversations regarding the terms that he had offered. It wrapped up on a really good note thanks to Tennille.
Kristina and everyone who helped us with our refinance was kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond and super helpful!
Janet and Tobias did a FANTASTIC job!!! I have absolutely zero complaints about their communication. They are were great about reaching out in a timely manner and keeping me posted on things. The only thing I wish were different would be that the people on the other end (those I did not communicate with personally) would have read the notes put in by Janet and Tobias and they would have communicated better with those two.
