My Loan closing was less than 3 weeks and the communication was little chaotic until the last day and last hour. May be it was expected but was not properly communicated to me.
Some of my call request were never returned I do not know if they were passed down to Jacob. I think the closing was changed a couple of times.
I had a great experience with my refinance with PennyMac. PennyMac was also my previous mortgage provider and the main reason I was comfortable with the decision. I have always had successful interactions with the service and highly recommend the company .
