Quick and easy application to closing! Saved me big on monthly payments!
It was completed in the timeframe Blake promised it. I'm still not sure why all outstanding creditors weren't paid electronically by PennyMac. This is disappointing and is taking longer for the balances to be paid than it should have. Seems ridiculous and seriously old fashioned to 1) force me to send an UNSECURED check and 2) not send them electronically all at the same time.

I am sorry I did not answer more promptly for you but have been dealing with finding out that I have cancer. After our closing I have dealt with treatments for the cancer! Thanks once again for all your help in the closing process, Nolan!

5 star , the process was great experience and it was great to know with VA loans they where out to save veterans money on mortgage interest rates
Immediately after closing I received a letter in the mail offering a lower interest rate from PennyMac. Apparently PennyMac wants to keep selling me loans and didn't offer me the lowest interest rate possible the first time. This doesn't lead to a lot of trust with my mortgage company.
