very interesting and the process was relatively okay
Iam was unprofessional, unprepared, kept poor notes, and generally had to be interrupted so I can repeat information already conveyed to him. He was sloppy and disorganized.

Both loan officers went far and beyond above to assist, proactive and expanciative on every aspect. I will call on countless times and want explanation on one thing or the other and they will help. One night l was on the phone with Ms. D for two and half hours. Waoh, she is an wholesome person, dedicated, competent, proactive , gentle, humble and customer service oriented. She and the loan officer are container of experience. This type of service will stay with me forever and will bring more customers to PennyMac
