Very good job thanks
It was a bit hard to get back in touch with the people that called me if I missed their phone call. So sometimes I would call Andrew Peña . Other than that all went smooth.
Working with everyone at PENNYMAC was very helpful. They made things easier for me instead of more difficult like other places I’ve tried to refinance with.

From start to finish , it went smoothly. My expectations for my closing were more than exceeded, I thought we would close in Feb sometime, but it was the end of January. I was truly amazed @ how fast & smooth it went. Thank you so much
Accurate and timely process.
Great communication through your the process. I always was able to talk to Jaime or a member of the team! Just disappointed that the closing was rescheduled twice. Not sure that was a Pennymac issue however maybe next time Pennymac needs to be better at helping the Closing Agent come up with a reasonable date.
The things he could control were done well. Communication was great and often. Always knew I could reach him if needed. He did a great job.
