My experiences with Ms. Wiley and other team members were absolutely wonderful. All communications were clear and very easy to understand. Basically, PennyMac's expectations informed me of the established goals and suspense time required for completion and reply.
This was a amazing experience. I was nervous about it, but any questions I had or concerns was answered clearly and with care. I did not have to seek updates throughout the process, they came weekly automatically. Jennifer and her team were amazing
