Penny mac didn't seem to need much from me a few documents but not many and they took care of the rest handling everything else. It was very nice to do business with them I would never finance a home with anyone else.
It was an awesome experience with Blen but prior to that it was not ok
Jesse was great and professional.
The process went very quickly for us....communication was pretty good. ..lotta holding due to the coronavirus and high volume of phone calls. We had one problem. We were not able to close the first time because my middle name was misspelled everywhere my name was displayed in the documents. It happens and we were able to complete our closing a week later. ..satisfied customers.
First of all your company needs to learn to communicate with each other and within departments. I have never in my life received 4 CD (closing disclosures) and ALL 4 of them have different information on them and not 1 of them be correct. I have called PennyMac many times and to get a live person to actually answer their phone is impossible. Then if I do get a phone call back (which did not happen often) they tried to talk in circles. Overall will never do business with your company AGAIN.
