Very easy and quick.
The refi process was mostly seamless - since then we've had nothing but trouble. We cannot even successfully do a monthly payment through our bank - we never had an issue before. It has been completely frustrating.

Not screwing up my credit report,because of a small error,and lack if effort to correct it. 830 credit score when we atarted, 635 after two months even though you were paid, cashed the checks, and returned rhem to me,still reported me as not paid. Im 75 yr old disabled vet, and dont need this....
The survey indicated how I felt about my recent refi, however, I had a pennymac rep call me the other day and was not cooperative or helpful and was short with me and rude I could not confirm if she was with your team and I am leary of scammers so I requested yhat she send me an email and a call back number my request was refused so I am still leaning towards the possibility that the caller was not from your team

My wife and I communicated that she would was leaving here currently employer not transferring when we move interested. But her income was used to qualify us for the loan rather than my disability and at the last minute. Less than a week before the closing we were told about this issue and had to correct this issue which I had originally said we should qualify the loan on my income.
