I never talked to Brandon Winn. Basically the app did all the work. I felt the process took longer than I expected. To be clear I’m not dissatisfied, I just think that the app did all the work. The customer service team was helpful with every issue I had. Once again I’m not unhappy I just didn’t have any interaction with Mr. Winn outside of emails.

When it comes to direct deposit I talked to two different agents and my payment was not taken out and I missed two months of payment !!!! And I was feeling like my payment was good. Then I get a call saying I did not make payment!!😩.Well let me say that I had a credit score that was in the high700's and what a freaking blow! right I thought I was good right but little did I know it f--- up my CREDIT SCORE and I always try to HANLDE "MY BUSINESS😔😔😔 that's what's up? hello.
