Always was proactive with me and promptly answered my questions. Also, the backup team monitoring my communications with Julianna was great and (seems like) they stepped in to assist in providing a prompt response where needed.

After applying for a refinance I the process was terminated by pennymac. It's my understanding that tasks were taking too long on their end. During my second refinance I never received accurate disclosure documents and received incorrect information over the phone. Finally, while signing documents I noticed multiple discrepancies and incorrect numbers on all my paperwork. This whole process was a sloppy mess.
Robin Castro was my loan officer she went above & beyond! She made sure I knew what was taking so long & did everything she could to fix it! She was amazing & I would refer anyone to her! Super sweet! Joyce Long was amazing scheduling my closing time & making sure I was on track. Thank you team!
Amazing job with everything
When discussing with refiancing with John, we were very overwhelmed with all the information and what it meant. We felt comfortable with asking all the questions we had and received information to help us better understand. Lanita was awesome! She was very personable and made the experience enjoyable.
