Please don't ask for documents twice, makes me thing you messed something up. Also, if someone says they are on vacation for a certain amount of time, please adhere to that person's request and font contact them during their vacation time.
Reasonably fast, accurate and professional

The understanding of my thoughts on the appraisal not being what I thought it should be and Pennymacs willingness to make the loan documents be where I would accept.
I feel like all communication was honest and straight forward, which is the most important thing to me. Other than that, I appreciate that the process was convenient and quick.
