The process to refinance was fast ,and stress free!
I didn’t want to take this survey, but when I considered the helpfulness, timeliness and exceptional expertise of all who assisted me refinance my loan, it was the least I could do. Everyone I dealt with was a testament to customer service and commitment to resolving any issue. This was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!
Good experience
Received zero response from Zachary Knudsen when I had questions. He told me to reach out with questions, I did and there was no response. He also lied to me about what to expect concerning skipped payments. I feel played.
There was a bit miscommunication about my location and my wife’s location to sign. But everything was resolved within 24hrs.
Communications between PennyMac and the title company wasn't the best and a lot of time was wasted in the process due to the lack of communications.
The closing agent Dominyque Cook did a great job with my elderly father.
The process was simple and communication was clear and easy .
