Getting through on the phone was always easy. No issues, overall good experience. My only comment was there was no clear singular person that was always in touch with me. It was always whoever answered when I called. I don’t have a big issue with that though. I’m happy.
PennyMac made my home loan refinance so easy and quick, just amazing!
The team was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and the whole process went quickly and smoothly with little effort on my end. Some slight duplication of mail occurred during the process, with receiving 4 copies of the same document that I had already signed it online, despite choosing to handle everything without paper. But it was a minor issue.
I was happy to refinance with PennyMac!
