My only complaint is that I continue to receive solicitating phone calls to my phone after I have repeatedly asked not to be called by PennyMac. Not tied to this particular refinance, but a general issue with the company over the years.
Very smooth and ready to help even douring the holiday season, not to mention the covid pandemic. The team worked to get the job done. Very pleased.
Communication was excellent and contributed to a speedy closing.
