Closing figures are not accurate and being changed too many times. However refinance rate and the time for closing are as accurate as originally quoted.
I have no idea who Natalie Cianci is. I attempted to email this person and the email was bad. I’m assuming it was automated. I had a good experience from the refinance process. I wasn’t planning on giving some person an evaluation that I never spoke or worked with. After a continued email bombardment I decided to give an evaluation. If the name of the team was correct or clear about who I worked with I would gladly give an excellent evaluation.

I never even spoke to Savannah. After several attempts of emailing Connor and not hearing back she did leave me a message but she is not the person I spoke to when I called back and by then I had figured it out. I wasn’t even told by Connor I would get several emails asking for additional info or anything. He should have had an out of office on his email because over a week went by until he finally responded with a call.
