Seamless refinance process from start to finish!!
The process was easy and informative. We have nothing negative to say.
When I called as a co owner of the loan jeunisia would not give me access to loan information because she didn’t know how to locate additional owners. I had to speak with loan specialist who had to communicate that process to her I also emailed for timeline and was told title review is the longest part of process. We sat in that process for one month and then just like that we were ready to close . Loan specialists did a great job … the communication team did not .

I called the number I was originally given because I had questions but was unable to talk to individual who started the loan process.
Overall 5 star. Ours was complicated by being in a different State. PennyMac Team responded promptly and were very professional. Thank you Paul and Jacqueline.
