Overall experience
Willie was GREAT! However the loan officer I was assigned wasn't. It was hard to get a response from him in a timely manner and to get clear answers from him at times.
Every person I spoke with answered my questions patiently and professionally and more than once because of me forgetting or getting confused. If they couldn't answer they directed me to whom could.
One of the best loan experiences I've ever had. I thought it was going to be brutal, but they made everything super easy and the customer service is unmatched.
