I do not even know who Clarissa is? This is my third and last loan with PennyMac. Not sure how your company has the audacity to even ask for a review. Rates were changed, costs were changed without explanation. No follow-up to my emails. Then PennyMac cancels the closing on the date of closing without explanation and fails to tell the notary or I the reason. I still don't know. I am thinking of sending all documentation and email to regulators.

This survey should not reflect Carissa which is why I didn't want to fill it out. She wS great but came at the end. I kept getting told by one person to just ignore request for additional documentation about new credit while others told me I needed it. It was pretty frustrating. I'd get an email every day telling me to complete the wet signature docs that we were supposed to sign at closing. Overall people were very nice but the team didn't seem to agree on what was needed.
