seemed to be fast and friendly. Got it done I don't even know why I was stressing. The team helping me made my stress and anxiety go down, answered my questions and concerns to the best of their abilities.

From Callie to Patrick and Nancy with the title company, they are absolutely the best in the business! I have but one reservation. During my first closing , Pennymac called Nancy (with the title company ) while my witness and I were signing the documents. Apparently my deceased wife’s name was never taken off the title which I had requested. Pennymac did remove her name from the loan and made me solely responsible per my request. Expected not to pay closing fee. Was told that I wouldn't need to. Contacted me the Friday before my Monday signing date that the forms sent in were inaccurate and the title company required a closing fee.
