Everyone involved where so helpful and kind.
seemed to be fast and friendly. Got it done I don't even know why I was stressing. The team helping me made my stress and anxiety go down, answered my questions and concerns to the best of their abilities.
Expected not to pay closing fee. Was told that I wouldn't need to. Contacted me the Friday before my Monday signing date that the forms sent in were inaccurate and the title company required a closing fee.
