Brittney Hinson was very helpful setting up the refinance process. The website is clear and helpful. Documents requested are not difficult to find. Brittney asked her supervisor to match the numbers we got from another lender, which is why we stayed with Penny Mac. Only thing that we wish was easier was calling customer service to cancel our last payment of the old loan. I called several times and was on hold for an hour but no one answered.

Nolan took the time to answer all of my questions. If he didn’t have the answer immediately, he was honest but provided references and promptly called upon clarifying. I really appreciate his advice and assistance thru this process
Alecia was great. I feel like the amount to recoop was not conveyed correctly. But that was jot on her. She was patient and great to deal with.
PENNYMAC does not have it all together. Felt that my loan was the first one done by them.
Some of the documents asked for were redundant. There were issues that needed to be fixed by my husbands employer and no reached out to him without us having to essentially beg.
