Make sure you're sending the correct version of links to the information you're requesting. I was sent a link that the web customer service person I spoke with told me was from two iterations ago. That delayed me finishing the documents that were requested. My criticisms aren't necessarily of Jeffrey Johnson because I didn't actually speak to Jeffrey during the entire refinance process.
