To be reimbursed for the fee of $400 for the appraisal of my home and time spent speaking to a loan officer to discover lack of communication therefore not completing the refinance. Penny Mac having no interest in removing my PMIand lowering my loan percentage rate. I’m in the process of refinancing through a broker and sincerely will have no further business with PennyMac. The incompetence of loan officers is unbelievable. I would not recommend this mortage institution to buy/ refinance .
