I am sure that the collection of flowers was worth the price I paid, but the arrangement, the mix of flowers, was horrendous. No theme, no harmony, random colors, poor structure, overall awful.

I have been a customer of Plaza for about 10 years. Last Friday I ordered a bouquet for a senior prom. When I picked it up, it was very disappointing in makeup, color and size.
