Guess what Plaza Flowers, you just lost a business customer of 25+ years. I called not once, not twice, but THREE times for a status/confirmation of an order that I placed at 8:55 AM this morning. Each time I called, I got a different answer. The third time was a charm. At 3:45 I was told that it's "most likely out on the truck for delivery." This was a rush order for delivery before noon. The reply? "Oh well." There's one thing we have in common--your sense of urgency matches my level of tolerance--they're both zero.
Very disappointed with the flowers I received from you. My Sister ordered a tulip arrangement online & I received something entirely different... no tulips. They came in a small 6 inch vase & had a lot of something that looked yellow ragweed...which smelled terrible & had to be put outside. My Sister felt so bad when she saw them & kept apologizing to me. I think you should send her Bouquet & apologize for the mistake. Thank You.
I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday! They were ordered last minute, but they had th delivered in 1 hours and they were amazing!! Excellent job!!
