Rushing to get my wife Valentine’s Day flowers last minute I order them online and didn’t give it much thought. My order was processed by Ava’s Flowers and then redirected to Plaza Flowers. What came was nothing close to what I ordered. After hours wasted trying to speak to someone at Ava’s to make things right I discovered that they were actually shipped by Plaza.
