Dr. Penrod is the king of crowns! At other dental offices getting a crown can be a tiresome process - messy molds, annoying temporaries, extra time spent because you have to return to have the permanent crown put in. Not so with Dr. Penrod. You sit down, relax a bit and your crown is made on site. Honest, Professional and Efficient! I just moved from Ladera to RSM searching for the right dentist for our family. From the moment I called I was shocked at how nice the staff was over the phone. Normally I was expecting not to get an appointment for a couple of weeks. Not the case, I was seen the next day! My children had a wonderful experience and the staff was amazing. Great Staff Great staff, conscientious, kind, attentive and great service. Very meticulous with dental work, always attentive to make sure you are comfortable. Always try to accommodate your schedule. My 85 year old mother loves this place. She had some bad experiences with previous dental offices. She then switched to Dr Penrod's several years ago - even driving down from Whittier the first few years and has never looked back. Every staff member has been very sweet to her - they are the best!
Great dentist! Dr. Penrod is great! He is very kind, caring and gentle and is a wonderful dentist! I love all the dental work he has done for me and love my new front teeth crowns. They are beautiful and look very natural. I had a very bad experience with a previous dentist and the poor work he did. I am so happy I found Dr. Penrod and that he was able to fix all my dental issues.
New patient with emergexy I had a scheduled new patient appt for Wednesday but in the meantime had a tooth decide to go bad quickly on me. I called to see if anyone could see me prior to my scheduled appt. the front office staff was SO nice, made an appointment for me later that day. When I got there I was greeted with a welcome smile.
