First Class Dental Office I've said it before and I'll say it again ~ Being a senior, I've been around the block more than a few times in the dentist's chair. By far, Penrod Dental Care is the very best ever ~ Dr. Penrod and especially Dr. Kelly are caring and their expertise is beyond anything that I have encountered in all of my years ~ Plus,& this is a big plus, all of the dental assistants are warm, friendly and do everything they can to make your visit comfortable ~
Great service and very professional I needed immediate care due to swollen jaw I called in morning and was seen by Dtr. Penrod immediately and had my root canal same day.
Excellent Teeth Cleaning Sheila cleaned my teeth this morning and did an outstanding job both technically in the cleaning but also coaching me to better dental health at home. She gave me various new brushes and showed me how to use them to generate a better outcome. She is great.
We loved Dr. Penrod and his excellent staff! We have been going to Dr. Penrod's office for over 10 years and have recommended many, many friends to his office. The staff is so friendly and efficient and we trust Dr. Penrod's diagnosis 100%. It is tough to find a dentist you trust- Dr. Penrod is honest.
Exceptional Dental Experience I am always greeted with professionalism and treated as if I was the only patient in the office that day. My treatments are always over and above average. The staff is amazing and my teeth are always happy when I leave.
Great office! All Dentists are thorough and caring, seem very experienced and are meticulous with their work. I had to lose a tooth and they were compassionate, caring and detailed in my options. There is never any pressure here. The office staff and assistants are friendly and efficient. I never feel like they are being dishonest. Very happy with this group after have bad luck at another RSM dentist.
Friendly, compassionate dentistry My son has been scared of the dentist since his first dentist was so awful (Dr. SAYED). Dr. Sayed gave him silver crowns which weren't necessary and wouldn't allow parents back with their children..turns out they were manhandling and gagging the children.
