Friendly and Caring Staff that were very understanding of my 4 year old This last visit to the dentist with my 4 year old was the most challenging. She did no want to cooperate at all. Luckily the staff and dentist were very patient with her. I don't think she left feeling traumatized, especially since she left with a balloon and a toy.

Professional, friendly, and very comfortable experience at Dr. Penrod's Once again, I have left Dr. Penrod's office feeling thankful that he is my dentist. Ver yclean and modern up to date equipment, great staff. I just switched dental offices, and I was reluctant to make a change. I am very happy with the office and the staff. Jessica is my new hygienist and she is just wonderful. I have had Dr. King as my dentist and he is very gentle and explains everything. I am glad I made the change, and I am very happy with the great customer service. Everyone is friendly and the office ha the most modern equipment. Love the reminders via email.

Quality care, Quality customer service Let's face it, the dentist is not anyone's favorite place to be, but having great office dental staff caring for you makes things that much more bearable. The team at Penrod does just that. I was not scheduled to have my regular hygienist Sheela, but Nicole did a great job cleaning my teeth and had a great personality and caring nature. I learned anyone you get at Penrod is fantastic!
