Excellent! I went to Penrod Dental Care for the 1st time today. The experience was first rate from start to finish. Kristen was my dental hygienist, she is excellent. She is the first hygienist I've had that didn't leave my mouth sore and aching when I left. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was explained up front. They also worked with me to schedule future appts to maximize my insurance coverage so there would be less out-of-pocket expense for me. They took their time, and were reasonable. The team here was incredible. I was confortable the entire time. On a first visit with XRays, they didn't rush to get me out of the office, which was refreshing in the dental world. I was the last of the family to switch over to Dr Penrod, so we are all now clients of their's. I would highly recommend them!
