Staff is always friendly and takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues. Also, my appointments are always on time and I am not left waiting.....that is definitely a plus.
My wife and I travel from Laguna Niguel to Penrod Dental Care because of the professional care and friendly atmosphere we receive make it worth the drive.
You might think I am going to be bias...but I won't be - I will be honest - as if this was my first time in your office. .... JESSICAH was A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! The over all staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I was afraid that Jess might be harder on my because I am her Mom - but it was totally the opposite. She was gentle, caring and continually asked me if I was "OK"! She really made getting my teeth cleaned less stressful! I know both Nicole & Sherie were the same when they cleaned my teeth! Your service was outstanding. 'Going to the dentist' has never been my favorite thing. But your office and your staff do a great job. Jessica was great, too. She explained what she was going to do and as she did it, she was careful and obviously did it correctly. Thank you for such great service.
