Very friendly staff
Very warm and friendly staff, strong knowledge of dental care, excellent sanitation, and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments.
Nicole was the best. She really took good care of me. Thanks Nicole for cleaning my super dirty teeth and for easing my dental fears.

Thank you, this root canal is one of the best & least painful ever. Even the numbing shot didn't hurt. just one thing I may have to have this temporary surface smoothed down as I have Lichen Planus very severe @ present. I should have asked then. As long as the permanent one is smooth It will work.
Simply wonderful! I can make appointments with ease, I am seen on time by the very friendly staff and the services are great! The billing is also easy, even when I was switching insurances. The exams and cleanings are always thorough and gentle. Everyone is easy to talk to and let's me know of improvements I could make to help my teeth. I've been going for quite a few years. Yesterday was a routine cleaning. I was in and out on my lunch hour. Amy, my hygienist, was fantastic.
Dr Penrod and his staff provide professional service in a friendly and caring enviornment. I wore braces when I was younger and for years I brushed my teeth hard to keep those braces and teeth clean. For many years I continued this habit after the braces came off while under the care of several other dentist. When I began going to Penrod Dental Care, Dr Penrod's staff was the first to point out my habit has caused severe gum recession.
