Dr. Penrod is an excellent dentist. I have a lot of issues with my teeth (mostly really old work, 30+ years, that needs to be replaced). He's done excellent work on some tricky teeth. He's very picky about the work he does. If it isn't perfect (in his eyes or yours), he works until it is. Dr. Penrod also keeps up with the latest technology, including doing IN-HOUSE CROWNS--made then and there, in the exact dimensions of the tooth/teeth they're replacing. No temporaries. The staff was all very friendly and professional, as was the dentist. The office was well organized and everything worked very smoothly with no long waits. I loved how well they explained everything to me...what they were doing, and why, etc.
I didn't cry today.... A miracle has been performed by the Penrod staff and I am grateful. I shall return.
