My first visit to Dr. Penrod's practice was excellent !!! The staff is very professional and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at home with their practice. His hygienist has excellent clinical skills and a great personality. I look forward to future visits with Dr. Penrod and his gentle and kind staff for all of my dental health needs.

I never liked going to the dentist until I started going to your office. All the staff is welcoming, friendly and courteous. Dr. Penrod is very gentle and he has a very soothing manner. The hygienist, Nicole, is warm, gentle and thorough, and my teeth always look great when she's finished cleaning them. Both she and Dr. Penrod take the time to explain any procedure they're planning. In addition, I always have the feeling that they genuinely care about my dental health and want to do their very best to ensure it.

Dr. Penrod was very nice - and able to correct some problems for me. Appreciated his attention and remedies.
I had a broken crown and had never seen Dr. Penrod. A friend refered me to his office, the phone was answered in such a friendly way, and appointment was set for me within 2 hours. The crown was fixed so I could proceed with a seculded surgery and returnfor more treament later. I will refer my Daughter to Dr. Penrod.could not be more pleased.
The dentist was very careful about making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I had quite a bit of work done so it took awhile (I chose to do it all in one day) but they made it as pleasant as dental work can be!
