Car making horrible braking noise and also bad struts they did not check anything.. I went back and said everything was ok that the oiled it up and tighten the struts but its still there
The tires were not balanced the seats were dirty and stained. The truck was not detailed. Dirt in the gas pump hatch and in the tire wells as well as between the tailgate and truck. Sloppy job

great customer service alot of the vhiecles were dirty and you could tell they were so not taken care of with cigret burns in the seats not washed or vacummed the tires were flat
did not resolve gas mileage issue, $250. service mileage went down 4 mpg
My door guard l were not installed.. No sun/ moon roof installed. It was not new it had 100mi on it. Over chatged. They did not fullfill the agreement at all.
Came in for a recall and they took care of it but I noticed when I got my car back it had 2 scratches. 1 on the hood and another on the passenger front fender. They were not there when I gave them the vehicle.
OIL CHANGE OK I GUESS. TIRE ROTATION BAD, I CANT DRIVE OVER 55 MPH BECAUSE ALL TIRES SHAKE BAD, SO THE WHOLE CAR VIBRATES REALLY BAD, WHICH WILL DESTROY MY CAR. SO I WAS TOLD I COULD COME BACK ANYTIME BECAUSE I WORK 2 JOBS,
